What’s the Deal
with Shilajit?

Shar Laderman, R.H.N.Registered Holistic Nutritionist · 2 min read

If you’ve been anywhere near the wellness world lately, you’ve probably heard about this mysterious mountain substance — and honestly, I can see why it’s getting so much attention!

Shilajit is a naturally occurring, mineral-rich substance traditionally used in Ayurvedic wellness practices for centuries. It contains fulvic acid and a variety of minerals and other naturally occurring compounds.

So why am I such a fan?

I’ve used shilajit myself for over 10 years with great success, which is one of the reasons I’m such a fan!

⚡ ENERGY & VITALITY
Shilajit is traditionally valued for supporting energy and overall vitality — especially when you’re looking to feel more switched on and ready to take on the day.

🧠 FOCUS & MENTAL CLARITY
One of the reasons shilajit has become so popular in modern wellness is its connection to cognitive wellness and mental performance.

💪 STAMINA & PERFORMANCE
Traditionally used as a rejuvenating wellness ingredient, shilajit is often incorporated into routines focused on physical stamina and performance.

✨ MINERAL-RICH GOODNESS
Shilajit contains naturally occurring minerals and compounds that make it a fascinating addition to a well-rounded wellness routine.

🏔️ AND YES… IT COMES FROM THE MOUNTAINS!
Shilajit naturally occurs in high-altitude mountain regions. Pretty cool, right?

My take?

I love that shilajit has such a long history in traditional wellness and that modern research is continuing to explore what makes this unique substance so interesting.

It’s one of those supplements that definitely gets people talking — and I’m here for it!
